Hello! My name is Nadia (She/Her) and I am a Therapist, Life Coach, Instructor and Group Facilitator. In addition to my private practice, I work as a Child and Youth Mental Health Therapist, supporting Indigenous families in Vancouver, BC. I have also had the privilege of teaching, training and mentoring aspiring Professional Coaches and Counsellors at a Wellness school in adult education. Diversity deeply inspires me and my goal is to provide a secure, healing relationship with and for people. No matter where we are in life, we all need support.

Whatever you’re going through, chances are—you’re not alone.

As humans, we move through so many life transitions. Some are exhilarating, while others can feel incredibly difficult or even terrifying. After university, I found myself deeply unsatisfied with my career. That’s when I decided to invest—not just in a new path—but in my overall mental health. I enrolled in an experiential Wellness College to become both a Life Coach and a Counsellor.

One of the core beliefs there was: you must do your own healing before you can truly help others.

I entered the program knowing I had some things to work through—but I was definitely in denial about the depth of trauma I still carried. I remember saying to my instructor during a psychodrama session, “Wait… you mean I have to do a full life assessment, write out all my traumatic experiences on giant pieces of paper, and re-enact them in front of everyone?”

Looking back now, I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

There’s something incredibly powerful about being seen and heard by others who can hold safe, compassionate space for you. That’s exactly what I hope to offer you.

I’ve learned how to tap into my emotions and also how to ground and contain them when needed—and knowing I have that choice now is empowering beyond words.

We all learn to navigate jobs, identity, relationships, anxiety, grief, loss—and so much change. These are life skills no one teaches us in school. And sometimes, facing them can be painful and exhausting, especially when we try to do it alone.

I’ve also spent years struggling to find balance between a vibrant social life, a career I love, and a healthy personal life. What I’ve learned is that these moments become so much more manageable with the support of a professional who truly listens.

It’s an honour to do this work—and my hope is to be that person for you.

Outside of work, I absolutely love breathing in the fresh air of beautiful B.C with my all black, long haired German Shepard puppy named Timber! He has multiple nicknames but I often find myself calling him Timbit, like the donut!

Fun fact about me is that my friends call me Noodles because I am a noodle lover!
